Perisic marks 200th Inter appearance with a goal

LA SPEZIA - It was a special evening for Ivan Perisic on Wednesday, as he made his 200th appearance for the club in all competitions. He marked the milestone with a goal, as he snatched the equaliser during Inter’s 1-1 draw with Spezia. 

Perisic made his Inter debut back on 13 September 2015 during a 1-0 Derby win over AC Milan. He has since featured in every season for Inter apart from the 2019/20 campaign which he spent at Bayern Munich.

With 200 Inter appearances in total, Perisic has made 168 in Serie A, 11 in the Coppa Italia and 21 in European competitions. His goal against Spezia was his fourth this season (three in the league and one in the Champions League), with 44 in total for the Nerazzurri. 

Since his debut for the club, only Samir Handanovic (259) and Marcelo Brozovic (221) have made more Inter appearances than Ivan Perisic.
