After the splendid scenes at the Suning Training Centre on Wednesday, the Inter players headed to San Siro as usual ahead of the Sampdoria game, but this time drinking in the enthusiasm of the fans waiting around the ground. The celebrations continued inside the stadium as Antonio Conte's boys saw out a thumping 5-1 win over Ranieri's Sampdoria, thanks to a brace from Alexis Sanchez and goals from Roberto Gagliardini, Andrea Pinamonti and Lautaro Martinez.
