Samaden confirmed as Head of Youth Football at FIGC

The Nerazzurri's Head of Youth Football will take on the management role for youth and school football


MILAN - Roberto Samaden, in charge of Youth Football at Inter, was confirmed as a Head of Development of Youth Football in the Technical Sector by Gravina, President of the FIGC,during the most recent meeting of the football federation.

This section of the FIGC deals principally with defining the educational, training and technical guidelines for youth activity in every national setting and setting out the criteria for the curriculum, teaching methods and training for football in clubs and at school. Amongst those on the team are Maurizio Viscidi - mens football coordinator for FIGC - and Renzo Ulivieri - who is both President of the Italian Players’ Association and head of Italy's School of Coaching - amongst other noteworthy personalities from within the sporting world. 

This appointment comes in tandem with those for the people who will make up the Board of Directors for Youth and School Football: Samaden will be part of the group as a representative of Serie A.
