Boasting four league titles, one Coppa Italia, and two Italian Super Cups to her name, the new coach will now take charge of the First Team

MILAN FC Internazionale Milano are pleased to announce that Rita Guarino is the new coach of Inter Women.

Born in Turin in 1971, Rita embarked on a playing career in the mid-1980s, wearing the shirts of Torres, Fiammamonza, Lazio and Foroni Verona, among others. A very prolific forward, she wore the jersey of the Italian national team for over a decade. Guarino made her coaching debut in 2015, with the women's U17 national team, before moving on to manage Juventus from the 2017/18 season onwards.

The new Inter coach commented: “This new adventure will be very stimulating because I believe that a club like Inter has great opportunities for growth: For me, it is a challenge, because it means making yourself completely available to try to grow as quickly as possible, together with the club”.
