The Nerazzurri forward scored in normal time and the penalty shoot-out to set up a final clash with Brazil

LautaroMartinez was in fine form for Argentina as they edged past Colombia on penalties on Tuesday night to set up a Copa America final against Brazil on Sunday.

The Inter striker scored to put Argentina ahead after just seven minutes’ play, but a Luis Diaz equaliser for Colombia just after the hour mark meant a penalty shoot-out was required to decide the match. Lionel Messi, Leo Paredes and Martinez himself made no mistake from the spot, while misses from Colombia’s Davinson Sanchez, Yerry Mina and Edwin Cardona ensured it was Argentina who advanced to the final.

Argentina will play Brazil in the final on Sunday.
