Happy birthday, Riccardo Ferri!

For 13 years, Riccardo Ferri was an ever-present in the Inter defence, providing the last line of defence for the goal usually manned by Walter Zenga.

A born Inter fan, Ferri racked up 418 appearances and eight goals in all competitions for Inter between 1981 and 1994.

He was part of the squad that won the record-breaking Scudetto in 1989, while he also won two UEFA Cups and one Italian Super Cup during his time with the Nerazzurri.
