MILAN – With a goal, an assist and his all-round performance, Edin Dzeko was one of the stars of the show as Inter defeated Sheriff Tiraspol 3-1 on Tuesday.
The striker's sublime volleyed finish to open the scoring – his seventh goal of the season – certainly caught the eye and has now been named among the candidates for UEFA's Goal of the Week award for Champions League Matchday 3.
The other contenders are Naby Keita (Liverpool), Paulinho (Sporting Lisbon) and Vinicius Junior (Real Madrid).
