San Siro pays tribute to Inter's team

Upon the conclusion of Inter v Torino the whole of San Siro paid tribute to the team. The Nerazzurri's 1-0 win thanks to a goal by Denzel Dumfries means that they sit on 46 points in Serie A at the end of the year.

All of team were cheered by the Curva Nord as they went over to the fans at the final whistle.
