— Dec 27th 2021Grit, determination, great football, five goals and three huge points in the title race: watch our crucial Week 13 victory over Napoli
MILAN – One of the most thrilling matches of the 2021/22 season so far is without doubt our home win against Napoli.
The Nerazzurri went into the game seven points behind the joint leaders but a determined display – driven by an exceptional San Siro crowd – saw them come back from Piotr Zielinski's early opener thanks Hakan Calhanoglu's penalty and further strikes by Ivan Perisic and Lautaro Martinez.
The visitors mustered a late rally and reduced the arrears through Dries Mertens but Simone Inzaghi's side dug in and held on to claim a massive three points in the title race.
