Primavera 1 TIM, Genoa 1 - 1 Inter

GENOA – On matchday 19 in the Primavera 1 TIM division, the Nerazzurri's U19s drew 1-1 away to Genoa. After Della Pietra had opened the scoring in the fifth minute, Vezzoni levelled matters in the second half. At the end of the opening period, Stankovic kept out a penalty taken by Besaggio.

The Nerazzurri began slowly, with Della Pietra giving the hosts a fifth-minute lead. Inter looked to respond and really started to up the pressure as the half was drawing to an end, but it was Genoa who had a golden opportunity to double their advantage from the spot. However, Stankovic was there to rescue his teammates.

The second half began with an equaliser for Inter, with Vezzoni’s free kick surprising Agostino and finishing in the back of the net. Inter controlled possession for the remainder of the match as Genoa sat deep. Despite plenty of attacks towards the end, Madonna’s side were unable to find a winner. It finished 1-1.
