25 years ago today: Djorkaeff's overhead kick

There are moments when time seems to stand still. Like on 5 January 1997, when Youri Djorkaeff rose majestically and pulled off the perfect overhead kick in our 3-1 win against Roma.

The Nerazzurri were leading 1-0 thanks to Maurizio Ganz's strike when in the 39th minute the France star conjured up an iconic piece of magic that would feature on season tickets the following season. It was followed by the roar of the Meazza and his celebration with Ivan Zamorano. An unforgettable moment that today turns 25 years old.
