BERGAMO - The goalkeepers were the heroes of the 0-0 draw at the Gewiss Stadium: Atalanta and Inter ended goalless, despite the fact that they went into the match with the two strongest attacks in the league. Inter failed to score for the first time after 39 consecutive Serie A games. The first chance in Bergamo came to Dzeko, who put his header wide of the post. Atalanta gave away possession of the ball to Inter in the first half and tried to win the ball back in the Nerazzurri's half. In the 26th minute Musso made an impressive save by tipping Sanchez's diagonal shot over the goal. In the second half, Handanovic was superb as he denied Pessina from two yards out, Pasalic and, then Muriel in a one-on-one situation in the final minutes of the game.
Inter had some great chances: Dzeko's header went wide from a great position, Musso saved Vidal’s, then in the 90th minute D'Ambrosio fired wide after Barella's back-heel assist.
