Cast your vote for our January Player of the Month

Inter rounded off January with a 2-1 victory over Venezia thanks to a 90th-minute header by Edin Dzeko.

It was also a month in which the Nerazzurri clinched their first trophy of the season, bagging the winner against Juventus in the Italian Super Cup in the 121st minute through Alexis Sanchez. There were five fixtures in all competitions: three in Serie A (wins over Lazio and Venezia plus a draw away to Atalanta), one in the Coppa Italia (victory in the round of 16 against Empoli) and the Super Cup.

It is now time for you to vote for the Lenovo Player of the Month for December from the four candidates: Denzel Dumfries, Alexis Sanchez, Alessandro Bastoni and Andrea Ranocchia.

Dumfries was at the heart of Inter’s attacking play in every match in January, racking up two assists against Empoli and setting up Dzeko for the crucial late winner at home to Venezia. Sanchez earned the Nerazzurri Super Cup success in dramatic fashion with the winning goal in the 121st minute against Juventus. Bastoni combined sterling defensive displays with attacking forays, including a stunning goal and a pinpoint assist for Milan Skriniar against Lazio. That leaves Ranocchia, whose brilliant acrobatic equaliser in the 90th minute against Empoli kept the Coppa Italia campaign alive.
