Fans were voting on the Inter Twitter account for our standout performer in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final

MILAN – The first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final between Inter and Milan ended goalless, with the second leg in late April set to decide which side reaches the final, with the away-goal rule potentially coming into play.

Fans voted on Twitter for our best performer at San Siro on Tuesday evening and the winner was… Milan Skriniar!

The four contenders were:

Bastoni 16.3% I Solid and focused in a tough match. Made a crucial block to deny Alexis Saelemaekers.

Perisic 23.6% | His marauding runs were a constant threat down the left. He improved further as the match wore on.

Dumfries 11.8% | Worked hard and battled down the wing. The Dutchman sent in a stunning ball for Edin Dzeko, but Pierre Kalulu just got there first.

Skriniar 48.4% | Always alert defensively, as shown by his key tackle on Rade Krunic.
