Lautaro Martinez has tested positive for COVID-19

MILAN - Inter have announced that Lautaro Martinez has tested positive for COVID-19 following a test on Sunday before he was due to leave for Argentina, where his international matches were set to take place.

The striker will now follow public health regulations.
