The Nerazzurri forward stars in win over Bolivia

AlexisSanchez was once again his country's hero as Chile overcame Bolivia in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers. The 33-year-old opened the scoring in the Hernando Siles stadium in La Paz with a masterful strike; a wonderfully-placed free kick. Marc Enoumba went on to equalise for the home side in the 37th minute but Marcelino put Chile into the lead once again with 13 minutes to go. Sanchez then scored what proved to be the decisive goal in the 85th minute before Marcelo Moreno netted with two minutes left on the clock to give the visitors a scare.

Chile's victory over Bolivia sees them move to within a point of Peru on 19 points.
