All you need to know about the Serie A fixture list draw taking place tomorrow

Useful information and the criteria for the compiling of next season's calendar


MILAN – At 12:00 CET tomorrow Inter fans will get to find out the fixture list for Simone Inzaghi's side in Serie A 2022/23.

The draw can be followed live on Inter's official channels from 11:45 onwards: it will be streamed on Inter.it, the club's official app, Inter TV, Twitch, and YouTube. Updates, quizzes and much more will be posted over the course of the day on the club's Twitter feed.

CRITERIA:

The Serie A TIM 2022/23 fixture list will be revealed live on DAZN and Lega Serie A's YouTube channel.

Next season will not only feature an asymmetrical calendar but no matchday will mirror any round of fixtures from the first half of the season. Below are the specific restrictions and criteria that will be respected during the drawing-up of the Serie A TIM calendar:

- The following pairs of clubs will never play at home on the same matchday:

EMPOLI-FIORENTINA INTER-MILAN JUVENTUS-TORINO LAZIO-ROMA NAPOLI-SALERNITANA

- The second match of the season between any given two clubs will not take place within eight matchdays of the first;

- Matches featuring Milan, Inter, Napoli, Juventus, Lazio, Roma, and Fiorentina will not take place midweek;

- No derby matches will take place midweek or in the first matchday;

- Clubs involved in the UEFA Champions League (Milan, Inter, Napoli, Juventus) will not face clubs involved in the UEFA Europa League (Lazio and Roma) and the UEFA Conference League (Fiorentina) in the Serie A matchday which falls between two rounds of European fixtures;  

- Whenever possible circumstances concerning unavailability of a stadium or if a match coincides with other major city events will be taken into account.
