Brujita 50. Many happy returns, Juan Sebastian Veron!

MILANO - Talent, vision and a refined class: Juan Sebastian Veron was an emblem of authentic and passionate football. Today, on 9 March, on a day drenched in Inter history, Brujita celebrates his 50th birthday, an important figure for a champion who left an indelible mark in the hearts of the Nerazzurri.

Arriving at Inter in the summer of 2004, Veron lit up the midfield with his elegance and charisma. In two seasons in the Nerazzurri shirt, he made 74 appearances and scored four goals, but it was with his leadership and technical quality that he made history. As with the goal he scored on 20 August 2005 at the Stadio Delle Alpi, a perfect right-footed shot that won Inter the Supercoppa Italiana against Juventus.

Not only magic on the pitch but also a decisive contribution to the success in those years: with Inter, Veron won one Scudetto title, two Coppa Italias and one Supercoppa Italiana, helping to build the foundations of a team destined to dominate in Italy and Europe.
