A special evening in Cagliari with the Inter Clubs from Sardinia

A special evening celebrating the passion of the Nerazzurri and the unique bond between Inter and its fans. On Saturday 29 August, on the eve of Cagliari vs Inter, a memorable event brought together members of the Inter Club community in Cagliari ahead of the second matchday of the 2026/27 Serie A season.

Around 50 representatives from Inter Clubs across Sardinia attended the event, representing a network of more than 30 Clubs and almost 4,000 members. It was a powerful reminder of just how strong the Nerazzurri spirit is across the island.

The evening began with an introduction from the Inter Club Coordination Centre, which shared key figures from the season and outlined the activities planned for members, once again highlighting the important role Inter Clubs play within the wider Nerazzurri family.

President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta was also in attendance, underlining the Club's continued commitment to the Inter Club community and its close relationship with supporters.

The evening then continued with a special Meet & Greet featuring Nicolò Barella and Andy Diouf. They met with representatives from the Clubs for photos and autographs, sharing a few moments with the fans and building the excitement ahead of Sunday's game.

The Inter Club community will also be involved on matchday. Thanks to a collaboration with Cagliari, 15 Junior members and five Senior chaperones will attend the game and take part in the Curva Futura initiative, giving them the chance to experience the atmosphere of the match from the stands and cheer on the Nerazzurri.

Another evening that perfectly captured the sense of belonging at the heart of the Inter family: a community that stretches across every corner of Italy and turns every away trip into an opportunity to come together, share the passion and feel even closer to the Nerazzurri.
