Barella and de Vrij: 250 appearances for Inter

Nicolò Barella and Stefan De Vrij have already made 250 appearances for Inter following the game against Fiorentina at the Franchi, but the appearance will only be officially counted, postponed to a later date, when the game is replayed.

For the same reason, Lautaro Martinez and Hakan Calhanoglu, who after playing Parma at San Siro will reach 300 and 150 appearances with Inter, will officially reach these milestones in the next match that they play.

In taking to the pitch against Parma on matchday 15 of the 2024/25 Serie A season, Nicolò Barella and Stefan de Vrij both made their 250th appearances for Inter.

De Vrij confirmed his importance in the following seasons by always playing at the highest level, and his performances on the pitch earned him the award for Best Defender in Serie A in the 2019/2020 season, an accolade that cemented his value and his crucial role in the team. He would go on to be one of the driving forces for the 19th Scudetto and the Second Star. His contribution has been and continues to be without a doubt a fundamental element that has also contributed to the conquest of 2 Coppe Italia and 3 Supercoppe Italiane, further strengthening his bond with the Nerazzurri.
