Betsson Player of the Month | Pio Esposito is the best player in March!

Pio Esposito has been chosen by the Nerazzurri fans as the Betsson Sport Player of the Month for March! The forward was voted through the Club's social media channels.

The 2005-born striker has had a great month, scoring in two consecutive league games against Atalanta and Fiorentina. Pio has scored in two games in a row in Serie A for the first time in his career. It is also worth noting that with the goal scored against Fiorentina, Esposito is only the fourth Nerazzurri to score more than five goals in a single league season before turning 21 in the three-points-for-a-win era (the other three are: Nicola Ventola 1998/99, Obafemi Martins 2003/04 and 2004/05, and Mario Balotelli 2008/09 and 2009/10). Beyond this month, Pio's 2026 has been full of spectacular performances and plenty of goals: he has scored five in the league and one in the Champions League.

Esposito continues to grow and score crucial goals, and now the fans have chosen him as the Betsson Sport Player of the Month for March!
