Betsson Player of the Month | Zielinski is the top performer of February!

Piotr Zieliński has been named the Betsson Player of the Month for February. Inter fans voted the Polish midfielder as the club’s best player of the month through the official social media channels.

The No. 7 has established himself as one of Inter’s key players this season. In February, the Nerazzurri extended their unbeaten run in Serie A to 15 matches. They recorded five wins in five league games against Cremonese, Sassuolo, Juventus, Lecce and Genoa, along with a victory over Torino in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals. Zieliński played a major role in those results. He started all five league matches and featured in both Champions League games against Bodø/Glimt, scoring two goals with his trademark weapon: powerful long-range shots. At the Stadio Zini in Cremona, his left-foot strike strengthened Inter’s lead. His goal against Juventus at San Siro proved decisive in securing victory for Chivu’s side. After a moment of individual talent, he finished with a low left-footed shot in the closing minutes to make it 3-2 and seal the Derby d’Italia.

Those strong performances and important goals earned Piotr Zieliński the Betsson Player of the Month award.
