Happy birthday, Lele Oriali!

MILANO – An extraordinary journey that started from the youth sector and ended with 392 appearances for the first team: Gabriele Oriali's story wearing the Nerazzurri shirt was rich in emotion. From 1970 to 1983, the former midfielder featured heavily for Inter, scoring 43 goals and being instrumental in winning two league titles and two Coppa Italia. In the summer of 1982, he was part of the Italy National team that lifted the World Cup in Spain. After retiring from playing football, he once again linked his name to Inter, becoming part of the management staff at two different times, being involved in further Nerazzurri successes once again.

“Lele” Oriali turns 71 today and the entire Nerazzurri family across the world would like to wish him many happy returns.
