Celebratory stars honouring our 20th Scudetto handed over by the State Mint to President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta
Club
— Mar 8th 2025An award with symbolic and exclusive value. This evening, before Inter vs. Monza, Giuseppe Marotta, Inter CEO and President, received one of the exclusive copies of the celebratory stars made by the State Mint, honouring the Nerazzurri's 20th Scudetto win.
It is an extraordinary work of art that encapsulates Inter's essence and history: two gold medals in the form of a star, made by the best Italian craftsmen. It is a symbol of the Nerazzurri's winning DNA, which combines the Biscione spot and the stripes of the Inter shirt. In addition, the 20 Scudetti winning seasons are engraved on each tip. It is a special artefact that pays homage to a historical achievement. The gold is 917% and it weighs one once.
At one point in the ceremony at the Meazza, the President and CEO Marotta received the exclusive copy of the star. It is an award which embodies Inter's rise to the top and it looks to the future ambitiously.
It is a unique creation, that has never been produced before by the Italian State Mint. The medals are the product of a very technical process called EDM which accurately etches out and cuts gold without wasting material.
Following the medals received for the 2023-24 Scudetto win, this new award recognises another amazing achievement in Inter's history. From today, 20 copies of the gold stars will be available for collectors and fans at www.shop.ipzs.it at €5,017.
