Here's what the Nerazzurri coach had to say after the win against Sassuolo

An eighth consecutive win on the road for Inter, who have conquered the MAPEI Stadium too, with five goals scored and another clean sheet. Goals from Bisseck, Thuram, Lautaro, Akanji, and Luis Henrique allowed Chivu's side to take home all three points and hold on to top position comfortably, on 58 points. Here's what the Head Coach had to say:

“Tonight’s win shows how much we’ve grown. We understood the moment, we absorbed their intensity and direct play, but stayed in the game and struck at the right moments. Being clinical and efficient says a lot about our development; this team is more mature in adapting to the flow of the match. We know the work we’ve done and what we still want to achieve. We mustn’t forget where we came from or what it took to get here. There’s no room for fear, only that we can keep improving. The season is long, and these are the crucial periods. We’re halfway through the marathon with plenty of games left, but we have the ambition and mindset to stay competitive. We’re not perfect, and we can still be challenged. Knowing what we’ve become and what we aim to be, we’re working on every aspect of the team to keep improving. As for Frattesi? This is about the whole group, everyone working hard, wanting to make an impact, and supporting the team. We need the energy of the entire squad to maintain our level and remain competitive. There are 14 games left, and many teams are still in the mix. There’s still work to do and points to prove. Inter-Juventus? It’s just another game. We know expectations are high, but I trust this group. They have ambition and are always looking to be competitive. We’ll see how we show up, but it will be with determination, ambition, and confidence in what we’ve achieved so far. ”
