Derby day in Perth: Zanetti and Vieri join the Nerazzurri fans

PERTH – It's Derby day in Perth, as the Derby della Madonnina heads to the other side of the world for a truly special occasion. In the heart of the city, Brookfield Place has become the home of the Nerazzurri community throughout the Internazionale Summer Tour, serving as Inter's fan hub and a meeting point for supporters who have travelled from across Australia and Asia to experience the Club up close.

Adding to the occasion were two Inter legends: Vice President Javier Zanetti and Christian Vieri. The pair spent the day with supporters, while the Club's Double-winning trophies were also on display, providing the backdrop for celebrations and countless photos.

The day began with a lunch alongside fans, during which Zanetti and Vieri took part in a Q&A session, reflecting on their time in Nerazzurri colours as they shared stories, memories and the emotions of representing Inter. It was a special opportunity to connect with the Inter community in Perth, celebrating the Club's past and present, and the passion that continues to unite supporters around the world.

Later in the afternoon, ahead of kick-off at Optus Stadium, Brookfield Place hosted a fan Meet & Greet. Zanetti and Vieri posed for photos, signed autographs and spent time with Nerazzurri supporters, creating lasting memories before the eagerly anticipated clash with AC Milan.

It was another day that showcased the strength of Inter's global family, with Perth awash in Nerazzurri colours on the day of one of Italian football's most iconic fixtures.
