Goal of the Month sponsored by Pirelli in March!

It was a very busy March and full of emotions for Inter: the First Team got important wins under their belt in Serie A, beating Genoa and Bologna, and drawing against reigning title holders, Napoli. Coach Rita Guarino's Women kicked off the Championship Round well, starting the second phase of the league campaign by drawing against Juventus and running out comfortable 3-0 winners away to Fiorentina, before a narrow defeat to league leaders Roma. Cristian Chivu's Primavera had three draws and a defeat: the young Nerazzurri faced some tough opposition in Roma and Juventus, but come out of this tricky period still top of the table. With the start of the new month, the time has come for Nerazzurri supporters to choose their Goal of the Month sponsored by Pirelli for March: fans are asked to choose their favourite goal by voting through the Club's official Facebook, Instagram and Twitter channels. A series of goals started off by Kristjan Asllani's first goal in an Inter jersey, which was crucial in breaking the deadlock in the agme against Genoa at San Siro. A beautiful and very important goal, a diving header by Yann-Aurel Bisseck at Bologna, allowed Inter to celebrate its 116th birthday with a great win. The Under-19 side are represented by another headed gaol, this time by Enoch Owusu against Juventus, with Chivu's boys drawing the game 2-2. In March, Inter Women also faced Juventus, drawing 3-3, in the first match of the Championship Round: a result sealed at the end by Annamaria Serturini's first-time right-footed shot. The series ends with Federico Dimarco's first Champions League goal, finishing off a wonderful team effort by Inter at the Civitas Metropolitano against Atletico Madrid.
