MILANO – On Thursday evening, the 29th edition of the Gentleman Awards took place in the prestigious setting of the Teuliè Military School, the traditional event dedicated to Fair Play which saw Inter receiving with various awards. During the event, CEO Sport Giuseppe Marotta collected the A.I.P.S. Gentleman Award.
“It's a lifetime achievement award and I'm really proud to have received it. However, I must especially thank my colleagues and collaborators who are superb people who love their work and have a winning mentality and a sense of belonging. As far as I'm concerned, I've never seen a team win on the pitch that didn't have a strong team behind it represented by the club.”

Three First Team players were at the award ceremony for the 2023/24 season: Lautaro Martinez was awarded the Gentleman Inter Award and Gentleman Serie A Award. The Nerazzurri captain was happy with two awards received.
“I'm happy with everything I'm doing in my career. I thank my teammates, the staff and all the Inter fans who are always by our side. I have worked hard since the first day I arrived at the Club and I always try to show my worth on the pitch. Now, we have to keep it going and win even more trophies.”

Finally, Davide Frattesi also took to the stage to collect the Best Young Player award. For the Inter midfielder it was a magical season where he was decisive in winning the Second Star thanks to the two very big goals scored against Hellas Verona and Udinese.
“I am really happy to have received this award. My goal-scoring habit is due to the fact that in the youth team I played in attack, then I changed roles, but still kept this trait. I hope to keep it up next season as well.”

Present at the evening, which ended with plenty of Nerazzurri awards, were Corporate CEO Alessandro Antonello and Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio.
