MILANO, September 24, 2026 - The F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. Board of Directors has approved the draft financial statements for the 2025/26 fiscal year during a meeting held today at the Club's headquarters. The results will be reviewed and approved by the Shareholders at the AGM of F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., which will be held in mid-October.
SECOND CONSECUTIVE PROFITABLE FISCAL YEAR, A SEASON OF CONSOLIDATION
The income statement for the 2025/26 season reports revenues of €518 million, representing the second-best result in the Club's history, after last season's record of €567 million, which benefited from the one-off revenues generated by participation in the FIFA Club World Cup and reaching the UEFA Champions League Final in 2025.
The draft financial statements close with a positive result, recording a net profit of €22.7 million. This outcome was achieved thanks to solid revenue generation and a reduction in operating costs of approximately €20 million, equivalent to 4%. Commercial revenues increased by 7%, mainly driven by higher merchandising revenues supported by the new business model implemented with the partner Fanatics. In addition, match day revenues increased on a per-event average basis. Revenue from player trading increased by €11 million, while amortization and impairment of players' registration rights decreased by €8 million.
The performance during the fiscal year enabled the Group's shareholders' equity to return to positive territory at €10.4 million, compared with a negative position of €12 million at the close of the 2024/25 financial year.
SUPPORTING LONG-TERM FINANCIAL STABILITY: LOWER FINANCIAL EXPENSES AND INVESTMENTS IN INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
With regard to the Group's financial expenses, the fiscal year saw a reduction of approximately 50% in finance costs, equal to €19 million, as a result of refinancing that was completed at the end of the previous year. The new facility carries a lower cost of capital than the previous one.
The Club has also launched a significant investment plan for infrastructure development at the Inter Training Center in Appiano Gentile and the Konami Women & Talent Center in Interello.
OUTLOOK FOR THE CURRENT SEASON
During the summer transfer window, the squad managed by Head Coach Cristian Chivu, now in his second season as Nerazzurri manager, was strengthened with the arrival of new international talents. The Club enters its ninth consecutive UEFA Champions League campaign and competes in Serie A as reigning Italian champions.
At the start of the 2026/27 season, the Club signed a new partnership with BBVA, a leading financial institution recognized for its innovative full-digital banking offering in Italy. BBVA serves as the Club's Official Sleeve Partner and Official Banking Partner, as well as Front Jersey Partner for all youth teams from Under-18 level and below.
The Club continues to approach all domestic and European competitions with determination, ambition and a competitive spirit, while building on the strong foundations it has established off the pitch.
