The Nerazzurri will finish 2025 away at Atalanta ahead of a packed January schedule featuring eight matches across Serie A and the Champions League

Between the end of 2025 and the start of the new year, Inter will be juggling domestic and European commitments. The Nerazzurri will bring the calendar year to a close with an away match against Atalanta at 20:45 CET on Sunday 28 December, before facing a packed January schedule featuring no fewer than eight fixtures across Serie A and the UEFA Champions League.

Chivu’s side, who currently sit top of the Serie A table with 33 points and boast the league’s best attack, will open 2026 with a home clash at San Siro against Vincenzo Italiano’s Bologna. That match will also mark the first of five home games scheduled for January.

Nerazzurri fans will have the chance to support the team up close and take advantage of a special ticket offer, with three matches available at a discounted price thanks to the wInter Pack. Packages start from €57 and are valid for Inter vs. Napoli, Inter vs. Lecce and Inter vs. Pisa.

Inter’s first away game of the new year will see them travel to Parma on Wednesday 7 January (kick-off at 20:45 CET) for a midweek fixture on matchday 19 in Serie A. At the weekend, Chivu’s side return to San Siro to host Napoli in a big Sunday-evening clash on 11 January. Just three days later, again at home, Inter take on Lecce in a rearranged matchday 16 clash, scheduled for 20:45 CET on Wednesday 14 January.

Inter’s second away trip of the month takes them to Udine and will be their first afternoon kick-off of the year. The Nerazzurri face Runjaić’s side at 15:00 CET on Saturday 17 January.

UEFA Champions League action returns to San Siro at 21:00 CET on Tuesday 20 January, with a marquee clash between Inter and Arsenal on Matchday 7 of the League Phase. Chivu’s side, sitting on 12 points, are aiming to secure a top-eight spot, thus avoiding the play-offs. The top eight teams progress directly to the round of 16, while teams finishing ninth to 24th enter the knockout phase play-offs.

Inter’s final home game of January comes against Pisa on matchday 22 in Serie A, with kick-off scheduled for 20:45 CET on Friday 23 January. To close out the month, the Nerazzurri travel to Germany to face Borussia Dortmund in their final League Phase fixture in the UEFA Champions League at 21:00 CET on Wednesday 28 January.
