MILANO - FC Internazionale Milano can confirm that an agreement has been reached with Bayern Munich for the permanent transfer of Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir. The 21-year-old Icelandic goalkeeper has signed a contract with the Club until 30 June 2029.

Having joined in the summer of 2024, Cecilía left her mark in her debut season for the Nerazzurre. Named Best Goalkeeper in the Women’s Serie A division, the Icelandic shot-stopper made 24 appearances across the league and Coppa Italia, keeping ten clean sheets and proving decisive on several occasions. A consistently solid presence between the sticks, she impressed with her spectacular saves, the calming presence she brought to the team and her quiet yet steady leadership.
