The team are champions again. In a joyous San Siro, Inter say goodbye to their fans with a 1-1 draw. On matchday 37 of Serie A, Chivu’s side were held by Verona: the Nerazzurri went ahead early in the second half through an Edmundsson own goal, before the visitors levelled late on with a goal from Bowie. It was all played out in a celebratory atmosphere, with the Coppa Italia, recently won in Rome against Lazio, brought onto the pitch by Lautaro before kick-off.
