INTER STORE AND SALE POINTS
Several official Nerazzurri retail outlets will be open around the stadium for Inter-Shakhtar, giving fans the chance to purchase Inter merchandise and get ready for matchday. From official teamwear to exclusive accessories, the Inter Stores will offer everything supporters need to soak up the San Siro atmosphere before kick-off.
The Inter Store San Siro will open at 19:00 CEST, when the stadium gates open, while the outlets outside the stadium will be open well in advance. Game Day Nord, located in front of the North ticket office, will open at 16:30 CEST, while Game Day Sud, in front of Gate 13, will open at 16:00 CEST.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ACCESS TO SAN SIRO
The gates for Inter-Shakhtar Donetsk are scheduled to open at 19:00 CEST. Given the large crowds expected, all fans are advised to arrive at the stadium as close as possible to the gate-opening time.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the stadium. The following items are also not permitted inside the ground: crutches, large umbrellas, lighters, lasers, smoke bombs, unauthorised flags or banners, helmets, pushchairs, suitcases, professional cameras, selfie sticks and laptops. In the event of rain, only small, portable umbrellas without pointed tips will be allowed. Failure to comply with the regulations will result in the application of the Code of Conduct.
NEW ENTRANCE NUMBERING
The stadium entrances have been renumbered: entrances 7 to 10 are no longer in use. There are also no longer any entrances along the western side of the perimeter fence, next to the Red sectors. These areas will be used exclusively as emergency exits and may be opened to allow spectators to leave the stadium after the match.
Disabled supporters can access the stadium via PC4, located next to Entrance 11.
RECOMMENDED AND MANDATORY ENTRANCES
Each spectator’s ticket will indicate the recommended entrance for accessing the stadium. In most cases, this is a recommendation rather than a requirement, meaning spectators may also use other available entrances and choose the one with the shortest queue.
There are three exceptions, where entry is restricted to a specific entrance:
Entrance 2: mandatory for tickets in the Second Green tier.
Entrance 3: mandatory for tickets in the Third Green tier.
Entrance 15 bis: mandatory and exclusive to ticket holders in the Third Blue tier – away supporters’ section.
HOW TO GET TO SAN SIRO
The new entrance arrangements, introduced as a result of construction work for the new stadium, will be in operation from the first matchday of the league season. As a result, the number of car parking spaces has been reduced and will gradually decrease further as the season progresses.
