The statement reports the second consecutive profit (€22.7M) and the second highest revenues in Club history (€518M), reflecting solid revenue generation and disciplined cost management. In addition, the Group's capitalization has improved, with shareholders’ equity returning to a positive €10.4 million.

MILANO, October 12, 2026 - The Shareholders’ Meeting of F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. approved the draft financial statements for the 2025/26 fiscal year during a meeting held today via teleconference, attended by President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta and the Nerazzurri's top management.

SECOND CONSECUTIVE PROFITABLE FISCAL YEAR, A SEASON OF CONSOLIDATION

The income statement for the 2025/26 season reports revenues of €518 million, representing the second-best result in the Club's history, after last season's record of €567 million, which benefited from the one-off revenues generated by participation in the FIFA Club World Cup and reaching the UEFA Champions League Final in 2025.

The draft financial statements close with a positive result, recording a net profit of €22.7 million. This outcome was achieved thanks to solid revenue generation, mainly driven by higher commercial and match day revenues and by a reduction in operating costs of approximately €20 million, equivalent to 4%.

The performance during the fiscal year enabled the Group's shareholders' equity to return to positive territory at €10.4 million, compared with a negative position of €12 million at the close of the 2024/25 financial year.

SUPPORTING LONG-TERM FINANCIAL STABILITY: LOWER FINANCIAL EXPENSES AND INVESTMENTS IN INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

With regard to the Group's financial expenses, the fiscal year saw a reduction of approximately 50% in finance costs, equal to €19 million, as a result of refinancing that was completed at the end of the previous year. The new facility carries a lower cost of capital than the previous one.

The Club has also launched a significant investment plan for infrastructure development at the Inter Training Center in Appiano Gentile and the Konami Women & Talent Center in Interello.

FIRST SUSTAINABILITY REPORT ISSUED BY THE CLUB

Following the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Club released the first Sustainability Report in its history. The purpose of this document is to give tangible expression to the Club’s commitment to embarking on a structured sustainability journey, consolidating the initiatives already underway, assessing their impact, and identifying areas for improvement with greater clarity and focus. The full report will be available on Inter.it

“During a season that saw us win our third domestic Double, off the field the Club experienced a season of financial consolidation. The financial restructuring effort has gained further momentum with the arrival of the new owners, Oaktree. The financial statements submitted for your approval confirm the significant strengthening of the Club’s financial and equity position. Revenues once again exceeded €500 million, the year ended with a net profit, financial expenses are lower than in the previous financial statements and, for the first time in a long while, equity is back in the black. Our commitment to balancing sustainability with sporting competitiveness will not waver, as we are convinced we are on the right track. Soon we will be able to share with you the wonderful design work for the new stadium in Milano, for an infrastructure that will become a new urban icon, a vibrant new sports and entertainment hub that is open to all. This club-owned stadium will also serve as a strategic platform that will enable Inter to increase revenue and close the gap with Europe’s top clubs.”
