From Hong Kong to Perth: the first days of our Summer Tour

— just nowFROM MILANO TO HONG KONG: NEW HORIZONS
We left from Milano, with a successful season behind us and a whole new world ahead. Our journey to Hong Kong was more than just a trip; it was a change in perspective, a leap into another dimension, in which the Nerazzurri were confronted with new cultures and new horizons.
It may not have been the first time outright, with Inter having touched ground in the city in 1997, but every return takes on a different flavour.
The impact of the city was immediate: heat, humidity, intermittent showers. This is a city of verticality; it is alive and constantly on the move. Our first few training sessions were about intensity and adaptation, as the team began to rediscover its rhythm and connection under an often cloudy, but always electric, sky.
INTERISTI EVERYWHERE: THE BLACK AND THE BLUE ON SHOW AND WITH SUCH PASSION
Hong Kong turned Nerazzurri. It held more than just a presence; it became a wave that flowed through events, fan experiences and activations. A spectacular drone show lit up the city's skyline, transforming the night into a visual tribute to Inter.
The fans were everywhere: in the Club stores, at events and out on the streets. Christian Vieri's appearance became a moment of genuine connection, filled with smiles, photos and shared stories. It gave the Club the opportunity to experience the true scale of its global community, seeing first-hand what it meant to be an Inter fan on the other side of the world.
From institutional visits to partner experiences, every moment helped build a mosaic of relationships and belonging. Then came the stadium, where choreographies and Nerazzurri colours told the story of a passion that knew no borders.
THE FRIENDLY: OUR FIRST TASTE OF A BIG GAME
Then, it was onto the pitch, the moment in which it all took shape. The friendly against Manchester City was the first real test, the first great stage of the tour.
It was proper, intense, hard-fought football. And then, the shoot-out. The future came to the fore, as Mosconi and Lavelli went up against Gianluigi Donnarumma and did not falter. Two youngsters, two personalities, who capped off an evening that already meant so much.
It was the moment in which all of the hard work turned into a recognisable identity, from which the team can grow. The post-match interviews were full of chat about confidence, ambition, and a hunger to improve.
PERTH: NEW LIGHT, NEW ENERGY
The journey then continued even further east, to Perth. And everything changed.
The climate was the first thing to stand out: blue skies, drier air and bright sunshine despite it being winter. The days were long and filled with light, while night fell quickly, almost without warning. It was a different world, with a different rhythm.
The city made an immediate impression with its wide-open spaces, natural surroundings and distinctive sense of calm. The first training sessions unfolded amid fresh surroundings and new sensations, with the players' eyes drawn to the endless greenery and the horizon beyond.
Then there were the moments that lingered in the memory: the fans who welcomed the team on the other side of the world, the dolphins along the coastline and the kangaroos inhabiting the natural landscapes just beyond the city. It was a direct encounter with an environment that both surprised and captivated.
The Derby is now on the horizon, and preparations have stepped up another gear. But the tour also told a bigger story: of an Inter side that kept moving, kept growing and kept embracing the world without ever losing its identity.
