It was a thrilling showdown that was finally decided in extra time, with the Croatians running out 4-2 winners after a 2-2 draw in normal time. Dumfries played 85 minutes, while Brozovic, a key figure in the match, was involved for the full 120 minutes.
It means that Brozovic's Croatia will play the Nations League final against either Spain or Italy at 20:45 CEST on Sunday. Meanwhile, the third place play-off awaits Dumfries and the Netherlands on the same day.
