1,500 people, including students from Milanese schools, teachers and parents, were invited to the Meazza for Inter vs Cagliari, concluding a course promoting inclusion

Colourful banners, messages of inclusion inspired by the “Tifo Positive” slogan and a video created by school students — shown on the giant screen at San Siro — helped set the atmosphere at the Meazza ahead of Inter vs Cagliari on the evening of 17 April. Around 1,500 students, parents and teachers filled the stands, relishing the excitement of the Nerazzurri's match as the final stage of an educational journey dedicated to promoting inclusion and tackling bullying and cyberbullying.

Inter Milan promotes “IO Tifo Positivo”, together with the Comune di Milano and Comunità Nuova, a project that has been running for more than a decade in primary and lower secondary schools across the city. The sports-education programme has unfolded in several stages across Milan’s schools. During the 2025/26 season, it involved around 50 classes and more than 1,000 students, who — together with their families — took part in major sporting events, creative activations, sports and recreational activities, and meetings with special guests.

Inter supports the initiative in several ways to provide participants with different opportunities. Once again this year, coaches from the club’s Youth Sector took part in the programme alongside the project’s educational team, sharing their experience with the students. The boys and girls also had the chance to step into Inter's world thanks to a video call with Nerazzurri legend Danilo D'Ambrosio. Participants and their families were delighted to interact with the former Inter defender during an engaging Q&A session.

Another key moment in the programme was a visit to the Memoriale della Shoah di Milano at Platform 21 of Milano Centrale, where more than 300 students took part in a moment of reflection, reaffirming together football’s message of inclusion and its stand against all forms of discrimination. Through the IO Tifo Positivo project, the aim is to restore sport to its original role: a space for learning, enjoyment and social connection — a place where new generations can set an example and where everyone can take part, regardless of background, gender or ability.
