Photos from the Inter Training Center in Appiano Gentile

The eve of a derby is always a special day: a time to fine-tune the details, work out how to cause the opposition problems and turn the nervous excitement in the air into energy and motivation. That was exactly the focus for Inter ahead of the season’s first derby against AC Milan at San Siro. On Friday morning, the Nerazzurri trained under Cristian Chivu and his coaching staff.

Now it’s time for quiet concentration until the team arrive at San Siro on Saturday 31 October. Then the wait will finally be over, and it will be time to take to the pitch for what promises to be a spectacular showdown.
