Inter U23 claimed their first win in Serie C, snatching all three points at the death against Virtus Verona thanks to a 95th-minute goal from Fiordilino. The hosts had taken the lead early in the first half through Munaretti, but Stante brought Inter level in the 22nd minute. In this matchday 3 clash, the Nerazzurri showed real character. Despite conceding early, Vecchi’s side controlled the game and kept pushing right until the final whistle - an approach that paid off with Fiordilino’s late winner.

In the second half, Vecchi’s side raised the intensity, pressing higher up the pitch and looking for spaces to break through, though chances remained limited for both teams. Around the hour mark, the first substitutions arrived, giving Inter an even more attacking shape. The Nerazzurri pushed for a winner, going close through Spinaccè, followed by efforts from Topalovic and Kamatè - the latter blasting a powerful left-footed shot over the bar. In stoppage time, Virtus Verona threatened through Toffanin in the 94th minute, but it was Fiordilino who stole the headlines, firing in a long-range strike with his right foot to seal a historic first Serie C win for Inter U23.
