Women: Wullaert, Bowen, and Ivarsdottir say goodbye

— just nowInter Women say goodbye to three players: Katie Bowen, Tessa Wullaert, and Telma Ivarsdottir have concluded their journey in the Nerazzurri shirt.
During the two seasons in which she led the Nerazzurri attack, Tessa Wullaert confirmed the world-class numbers she has produced throughout her career. The Belgian forward, who arrived in the summer of 2024 after spells with RSC Anderlecht, Standard Liège, Manchester City, Wolfsburg, and Fortuna Sittard, made an immediate impact at Inter, leading the team to two Serie A runner-up finishes and winning the 2025/26 top scorer title with 14 goals. Wullaert brought class, leadership, and international experience, making 55 appearances and scoring 28 goals overall: 24 goals in 45 Serie A matches, one goal in five Coppa Italia matches, one goal in one Serie A Women’s Cup match, and two goals in four UEFA Women’s Cup appearances.
Katie Bowen arrived in Milano in the summer of 2023 after her spell with Melbourne City. The New Zealand centre-back brought solidity and experience to the Nerazzurri defence, becoming a key pillar of the team during her three seasons with Inter Women. Bowen made 78 appearances for Inter, playing a major role in the club’s historic qualification for the UEFA Women’s Champions League: 62 appearances in Serie A, six in the Coppa Italia, four in the Serie A Women’s Cup, two in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Mini Tournament, and four in the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup.
Telma Ivarsdottir, who arrived in February 2026, ends her Nerazzurri experience with one Serie A appearance.
