Andrea Zanchetta's Inter are getting ready to play in the UEFA Youth League again. After knocking out Bayern Munich on penalties in the Round of 16, the Nerazzurri will play away at Trabzonspor in a knock-out game on Tuesday 1 April at 17:00 CEST, in the competition's quarter-finals. The match will be a direct knock-out and if it is still all square after 90 minutes, the game will go straight to pens. The Nerazzurri travelled to Turkey throughout the day on Monday.

THE NERAZZURRI'S FORM

Inter ended the league phase in first place, with six wins from six, 19 goals scored and 7 conceded. The Nerazzurri's journey continued with a 3-1 win against Lille in the Round of 32. before beating Bayern Munich in the Round of 16 in a penalty shootout. In the league, Zanchetta's squad are second in the league with 63 points, one point behind league-leaders Roma. They have scored 61 and conceded 36. The Nerazzurri's top scorer is Matteo Spinaccè with twelve goals in all competitions.

THE OPPOSITION: TRABZONSPOR

Trabzonspor U19, under manager Eyüp Saka, gained access to this year's Youth League as national champions last year. The Turkish side has played six games, starting their journey in the second round, eliminating Buducnost Podgorica with a 3-1 win in the first leg before a 5-2 win away from home. In the third round, they got the better of Sarajevo, drawing 2-2 at home before winning 6-1 in Turkey. In the knock-out phase, they have played both of their games here in Italy. In the Round of 32, they beat Juventus 1-0, and in the Round of 16, they beat Atalanta in a penalty shootout after a goalless 90 minutes. In the league, Trabzonspor have got some great results: right now they are in second place on 62 points, two behind Galatasaray, but with three games in hand.
