Technical and shooting quality, vision and absolute control of the ball: Hakan Çalhanoğlu is a technical and dynamic midfielder, the hub of Inter's play and attacking moves. Born in Mannheim on 8 February 1994, he began his career in Germany, establishing himself at Bayer Leverkusen after spells with Karlsruhe and Hamburg. In 2017, he moved to Italy to join AC Milan, where he spent four seasons before joining Inter in 2021. With the Nerazzurri, Hakan transformed himself into a deep-lying playmaker, expanding his influence across the entire pitch with goals, assists, set pieces, long-range strikes and pinpoint passes. He has made 216 appearances and scored 52 goals for Inter, winning two Scudetti, three Coppa Italia titles and three Supercoppa Italiana trophies.
