FC Internazionale Milano is a dynamic company: a team of around 300 professionals, mostly millennials with an average age of 38. The extraordinary growth in the past few years has established a young, energetic and highly motivated workforce. Every day, passion and determination guide projects and initiatives in the Club’s strategic area. The result is a constantly evolving team, always ready to tackle future challenges.

Since our foundation, we have been brothers and sisters of the World. Our mentality is global and inclusive. We believe in a connected world, where diversity is treasured and trust between people is the base of every relationship.
