Spalletti's Inter kick off pre - season with evening session

RISCONE DI BRUNICO – Same place for a fresh start. The Nerazzurri had their first training session of the new season on Thursday evening having travelled up to Brunico from Milan in the afternoon.
Like last summer, the lads will spend the first phase of pre-season slogging away in Riscone di Brunico, where they will remain until Sunday 16 July.
Luciano Spalletti's men hit the training ground shortly before 19:00 and began with a warm-up, before the balls were brought out for drills on tactics and technique. The squad then wrapped up with a training match on a short pitch.
It was a gentle first day for Inter to ease back into the swing of things, but the pace will be upped on Friday when the Nerazzurri will have their first double session of the 2017/18 campaign.
In between the two, at 16:00 CEST, Luciano Spalletti will sit down to speak to the media after first answering questions sent in by fans - live on Facebook.
