Double training for the Nerazzurri

APPIANO GENTILE - Work is continuing ahead of the season's opening fixture when Inter host Fiorentina at the San Siro. 

There was a double training session today at the Suning Centre. In the morning, the team were in the gym with a specific focus on strength work. After, the squad moved out onto the pitch for a long tactical session with the players split into two groups with defenders on one side, midfielders and forwards on the other. 

In the afternoon, they were back on the pitch with possession drills. There was more work on tactics to come and a series of four-on-four challenges. The evening session was brought to a close by a match on a small-size pitch.
