Training a day prior to Genoa match at the Suning Centre

APPIANO GENTILE - The team continued to train at the Suning Centre a day ahead of Inter vs. Genoa. The first part of the session was dedicated to warming up muscles in the gym with the squad divided into groups. Aerobic work on the pitch then followed.

To finish, the team was again split up into groups which worked on reactions and speed. Rondos and tactical work brought training to a close.
