Training at the Suning Centre

APPIANO GENTILE - Today's daily training session at the Suning Centre began on the pitch with a warm-up focusing on technique, agility and tactics.

That was followed by a long period of work on just tactics before a ten vs. ten match on a small-size pitch with three-minute periods.
