The midfielder after Fiorentina vs. Inter: "We need to train a lot to get back to doing what we were doing a few weeks ago"

FLORENCE - He was one of the players lining up against his old club and Borja Valero spoke about the match at the Stadio Franchi following Fiorentina vs. Inter. "It’s a shame about the draw, we’ve had some difficulties and we certainly need to do more. Perhaps we also lacked some speed in our play today, when you aren’t winning and when you’re not doing what you need to do it’s normal to get a bit annoyed. We need to train a lot to get back to what we were able to do until a few weeks ago."

"It was very emotional to return to this stadium. I’m really happy at Inter but I’ll always thank Fiorentina. The masks with my face? It was an idea by my friends, they’re a bit crazy…"
