Photos from the second training session of the week

APPIANOGENTILE - The Nerazzurri were put through their paces for the second session of the week at the Suning Training Centre. After some of those who had been on international duty returned, Luciano Spalletti was able to work with a larger squad, with Skriniar, De Vrij and Asamoah included.

In the gym, training started on the exercise bikes before bodyweight exercises. The squad then moved out onto the pitch for more strength work with the use of ropes to increase the intensity and level of difficulty. That was then followed by speed and directional change work. The team then used the ball on the pitch with the stand for tactical work, possession drills and a match featuring boards around the pitch to bring things to a close.
