Inter 6 - 0 Arezzo: Comments from De La Fuente, Baresi and Marinelli

MILAN - The Inter Women Coach, captain and top scorer all spoke following the 6-0 win over Arezzo which sealed promotion to Serie A for the Nerazzurre with five games to spare.

Sebastian De La Fuente: "It’s a great feeling, the girls and the Club deserve this happiness. It’s an honour to be able to celebrate it with these colours. In the first half, we were a bit nervous but then we broke the deadlock in the second half and won deservedly. Ours is a united group and we’ve shown it in every stage of this wonderful process. Now, we’ll try to win every game."

ReginaBaresi: "We’ve been working towards this goal for a long time and we pulled it off in the best of ways. In the first half, we were a bit worried but we then brought the result home in the second half. We improved as individuals but as a team above all. We approach all challenges together, this is our greatest strength."

GloriaMarinelli: "I’m really happy with this result. There was some tension but then everything changed for the better. It’s a brilliant feeling, we’ve won every game and we don’t want to stop. We’ve improved so much since August, especially as a team."
